Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force Gets Nintendo Switch Release Date for Later This Month
Idea Factory International announced that Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force will release digitally on Nintendo Switch eShop on January 17.
Additionally, to celebrate the announcement the publisher has released new battle screenshots that give players a preview of the game running on Switch hardware. The game uses a turn-based battle system where players can freely move around the battle system and execute attacks. Players are also able to use SP to execute special attacks, heal HP, or use buff magic.
Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force follows the story of a war between the Vile God and the Goddess. After the war, the power sealed by the two entities evolved into weapons known as the Furies, the warriors who used these weapons were known as Fencers. These Fencers fought each other for the power until one day a man name Fang became a Fencer but had just saved a girl named Tiara who was also a Fencer. Fang then finds himself playing a key role in the continued war of the Vile God.
Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force is available now on PlayStation 4 and PC.

Author’s take: This game actually has a pretty decent story so I’m excited to see what people think about it as they take it with them on the go.
