Puzzle Adventure ‘Ever Forward’ Console Release Delayed to August
PM Studio and Pathea Games announced that their puzzle adventure game, Ever Forward, will be delayed on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch from its June 29 release date to a new release date of August 10, 2021.
The console release will have a physical version on Nintendo Switch available. The console release will also feature English dialogue, which wasn’t available on the PC version.
Ever Forward tells the story of a girl named Maya who is caught between realities. While she explores a coastal field, she is suddenly transported to a geometric dream world full of traps and puzzles. The player will guide her through these obstacles as they unlock memories of Maya’s past and learn how she got in this situation.
Ever Forward features various puzzle mechanics that allow Maya to pick up objects, fly, and interact with the world in order to solve the game. There’s a quick save option that also allows players to inch their way to success during some of the more demanding puzzles.
