Etrian Odyssey HD Origins Collection Will Have Denuvo DRM on Steam
Atlus has officially made the Steam pages for the upcoming Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection series of games live. Players can now individually pre-order each of the titles for $39.99, or pre-order the Origins bundle, which is available for $80.37, netting players a 33% discount for all three games.
One aspect that is worth noting, however, is that all of the titles’ pages mention that they have the rather infamous Denuvo Anti-Temper DRM implemented. Furthermore, the titles also require an agreement with a 3rd-party EULA.
You can view the individual pages, as well as the bundle page below:
The Etrian Odyssey Origins collection features the first three remastered entries of the Etrian Odyssey series, which is often praised for its immense replayablity, character individuality, and cathartic sense of progression. All of the titles will feature 24 newly drawn character illustrations, new difficulty options, and an auto-mapping function for smoother exploration. Furthermore, three DLC Sets will be available:
- Character Portrait DLC Set 1 includes Joker (Persona 5 Royal) and Ringo (Soul Hackers 2)
- Character Portrait DLC Set 2 includes Demi-Fiend (Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne) and Teddie (Persona 4 Golden)
- Character Portrait DLC Set 3 includes Aigis (Persona 3 Portable) and Nahobino (Shin Megami Tensei V)
Etrian Odyssey Origins will release on PC and Nintendo Switch on June 1, 2023.
