Erika Harlacher’s Kingdom Hearts Puppet Show Musical Is A Wholesome Labor Of Love

Prominent voice actress Erika Harlacher has shared an impressive fanmade Kingdom Hearts puppet show musical depicting Sora, Donald, and Goofy. Not only does this production look legitimately professional, but it also boasts evident charm that a series fan can only capture. This puppet show can be seen as a light adaptation of some of the first title when Sora first meets Donald and Goofy after the Guard Armor boss battle in Traverse Town.

It’s pleasantly surprising to see a prolific voice actress create such an effort-driven video solely out of fan love, and it has aided in further uniting the Kingdom Hearts fanbase during the franchise’s 20-year anniversary. Even if you’re not a fan, I recommend giving this puppet show a watch as it is only a few minutes and is just incredibly endearing.

Erika Harlacher is known for voicing Juna Crawford in Trails of Cold Steel III and IV, Raging Bull in Ys IX: Monstrum Nox, Aiba in AI: The Somnium Files, and perhaps most notably, Ann Takamaki in Persona 5.

Lastly, for those willing, Erika Harlacher was recently on a podcast with Kingdom Hearts content creator HMK, where she provided some insight into the creative process behind this video.

This collection is a massive compilation, including Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIXKingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind.
