Boss-Rush Action Game ‘Eldest Souls’ is Looking Really Good and Now It’s Coming to Switch

United Label announced that the Fallen Flag Studio-developed boss rush action game Eldest Souls will launch on Nintendo Switch along with PC-via Steam in summer 2020.

The publisher also released new gameplay from the title and showed it running on Switch hardware. The trailer gives players a look at the game’s various environments, NPCs, and Ancient Gods who serve as the boss enemies that players will face.

Eldest Souls tells the story of the Old Gods who have broken free from their long imprisonment. Their only goal seems to be bringing destruction to the world. Players assume the role of a Knight, who just so happens to be the final hope for civilization. Players have one mission: Kill the gods.

Gameplay in Eldest Souls finds players going up against numerous boss enemies who will push the player’s skills to the test. There’s a bit of exploration in the game as well, which allows players to investigate the ancient Citadel, which was the prison of the Old Gods. Each boss destroyed unlocks new Talents and Abilities to use against other bosses.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated with Eldest Souls as we get closer to the game’s release. For now, please enjoy the trailer:
