Binary Haze Interactive revealed that they will publish the Live Wire and Adglobe-developed supernatural action-adventure game, Elder Lilies: Quietus of the Knights, to launch on PC-via Steam and consoles in winter 2020.
Elder Lilies: Quietus of the Knights seems to have a lot of layers to its gameplay mechanics. Players assume the role of Lily, the last surviving priestess who must fight for her life in a land that has been devasted by endless rain, which turned people into the undead.
Players will meet Lily in a church as she has just woken up without a memory. Upon further investigation, she leaves the safety of the sanctuary and discovers that she has the power to summon spirits of purified undead who can protect her on her journey to find the source of the rain and save her home.
If anything, this story has a little bit of everything in it, that’s for sure. The publisher aims to create an atmospheric gaming experience, this Elder Lilies: Quietus of the Knights being the first of three games that have planned for release. The other two will be revealed next year.
To give players an idea of what they can expect from Elder Lilies: Quietus of the Knights, the publisher released a trailer showing Lily in action. The trailer also gives a teases to the various environments within the game.
