Elden Ring Sells Over 16.6 Million Units Worldwide

Bandai Namco shared its latest financial results report, detailing various matters regarding profit in multiple sectors. However, one of the most significant pieces of news is that the latest hit title from developer From Software, Elden Ring, has sold over 16.6 million units as of June 2022.

To say such a milestone is significant would be a drastic understatement. Congratulations to the developers for the notable sales figures, and hey, perhaps it’ll reach 20 million sold units in due time.

In case you missed it, a Ranni the Witch figure and Torrent, the Spectral Steed figma figure have been previously unveiled.

Elden Ring features the action systems that FromSoftware has proven effective through their Dark Souls series, but the team is also focused on building a narrative with this title. With the help of Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin, the game features a fantasy story where players control the fate of this world. Users will meet various characters with their own motivations that may end up helping or hindering progression. Throughout the game, one will choose the fate of this cursed land by unraveling its secrets and myths.

Elden Ring is now available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC via Steam, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. If you missed it, check out our review.
