NIS America has posted a new English clip for the upcoming The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak II, introducing one of the major party members, Elaine Auclair.
Still voiced by Elizabeth Maxwell in English, this latest clip emphasizes Elaine’s increased presence in this direct sequel, as she and Van team up to investigate the murders caused by the strange crimson Grendel. Her returning S-Craft, Knights of Arcadia, is also shown in action.
- Van Arkride’s new S-Crafts were showcased in a previous introductory clip.
- The heroine Agnès Claudel was introduced previously.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak II will be released in the West on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG on February 14, 2025.
Taking place roughly two months after the events of the previous entry, the threat of Almata has passed in Calvard. However, a series of murders caused by a crimson beast now plagues the nation, leading to various factions aiming to either discover the truth or gain as much leverage from this precarious scenario as possible.
Protagonist Van Arkride is approached by an unexpected visitor regarding these murders, prompting the sands of time to unite many faces, old and new.
The latest entry, The Legend of Heroes Kai no Kiseki -Farewell O Zemuria- is available in Japan and Asia on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
