Zombie Action Rogue-like ‘Ed-0: Zombie Uprising’ Fully Releasing July 2023; Screenshots & Trailer

D3 Publisher and developer Lancarse have announced that their zombie survival horror rogue-like game, Ed-0: Zombie Uprising, will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on July 13, 2023, for $29.99.

Additionally, pre-orders are now available, with customers who do so set to obtain the “Rounding up Thieves” bonus mini-quest. This title was in an early access state on PC via Steam since April 2022, with significant improvements and additions based on player feedback, such as bug fixes, quality level, combat difficulty, and the option to save in the middle of the game.

Further, players can look forward to new features, like added blessings and charms, DualSense adaptive triggers, and an EDO shader enabling a “Ukiyoe” style filter. Throughout this title, players will have to fend off waves of undead infesting Edo-period Japan with consistently random elements to make each playthrough innately unique. The zombies, for instance, have several different themes representing specific environments. More customization toggles are unlocked as progress is made alongside the ability to play on more challenging difficulty levels.
