Dying Light 2 Shows Extended Gameplay in New Story Trailer

Dying Light 2 Shows Extended Gameplay in New Story Trailer

During Xbox’s Gamescom 2021 presentation, Techland released new gameplay for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC-via Steam on December 7, 2021.

The trailer highlights gameplay but focuses on some of the more enhanced abilities that players can utilize in combat. These new moves will allow players to take down in new ways, such as the vault kick. Further, we get a better sense of the world and characters that the story encompasses. We also get the chance to see the scale of the city buildings that allow players to parkour through the town.

Dying Light 2 Stay Human is the newest entry on this parkour zombie-killing experience, and it seems like there’s a lot for players to be excited about. During gameplay, players will interact with multiple factions around the open world and complete campaign quests.

Through these missions, players will learn the parrels that these humans face. However, new zombies are introduced that have special powers. These enemies will probably be best to avoid and run from, which is where the parkour comes into play as the game features a deeper sense of verticality.

In Dying Light 2, players assume the role of Aiden Caldwell, who has found his way to The City, the last bastion of humanity where factions fight for power and regular citizens fight to stay alive. It’s going to be up to the player to choose Aiden’s fate through missions and decisions. This story is in the player’s hands.
