Dying Light 2 Shows Nearly 30-Minutes of Gameplay in New Video

Square Enix released the extended E3 2019 gameplay video for the Techland developed zombie action game Dying Light 2, coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in Spring 2020.

Originally presented to media behind closed doors during E3 and Gamescom 2019, the video has been released to show players how their choices will affect the overall story. In the game, choice matters as the player will encounter numerous moments in the game where they can handle a situation in different ways. This could involve killing someone important or even siding with who is to be considered a bad person. The developers have also shared that the world is to be four times larger than the original Dying Light with much more to do.

In Dying Light 2, players assume the role of Aiden Caldwell who has found his way to The City, the last bastion of humanity where factions fight for power and regular citizens fight to stay alive. It’s going to be up to the player to choose Aiden’s fate through missions and decisions, this story is in the player’s hands.

You can watch the nearly 30 minutes of gameplay below to get a better idea of the choice-driven gameplay and systems of Dying Light 2:
