A collaboration between the mobile game Duel Masters PLAY’S and the anime A Certain Scientific Railgun T has been announced, bringing Mikoto Misaka and other characters from the series to Duel Masters City.
Exact details haven’t surfaced, but the teaser trailer has confirmed that Mikoto Misaka, Shirai Kuroko, Uiharu Kazari, Saten Ruiko, and Shokuhou Misaki will be implemented.

The A Certain Scientific Railgun manga series recently concluded after 19 years.
Meanwhile, A Certain Scientific Mental Out continues its serialization. A fourth season of Railgun is also in the works. The Toaru Anbu no Item light novel and manga will receive an anime adaptation on October 9, 2026.
The newest light novel entry in the mainline series, A Certain Magical Index Genesis Testament volume 16, will be released this September.
