Developer HOUND13 has announced that its action RPG DragonSword: Awakening has surpassed 200,000 copies sold following its recent launch on PC via Steam. The studio also confirmed that PlayStation and Nintendo versions are now in development.

The console platforms have been decided, though the team has not yet announced a release window or specified which exact consoles the game will support.

DragonSword: Awakening takes players to the open world of the Continent of Orbis, where they follow Lute, a young traveler who becomes entangled in the return of a Dragon that once threatened the land 60 years earlier.

The game features a party of 19 playable characters, each specializing in different Status Ailments that can be chained together through Signal Skills. Players can switch between party members during combat to extend combos and create team-based attack sequences.

Outside of battle, players can freely explore Orbis, complete quests, cook meals using gathered ingredients, and recruit collectible Familiars.
