Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Highlights Vegeta’s Resolve in New Story Trailer

Bandai Namco released a new story trailer for the CyberConnect2 developed adventure game Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC-via Steam on January 17, 2020.

The trailer focuses on the antagonist turned ally Vegeta, who enters the scene with the goal to defeat Goku and take over Earth. However, things seem to change for the hot-headed fighter as he explains what makes Goku unique. Furthermore, he takes a look at himself and how he can become stronger, which is how he gains the trust of the other Z Fighters.

In Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Goku must work hard towards becoming the strongest fighter in the world, possibly even saving the world once or twice along the way. The game takes place in the Namek saga, where Goku will encounter many foes, including Frieza, which includes moments where almost all of Goku’s friends are defeated or killed.

Recently, the publisher released a new gameplay trailer of Vegeta in action, along with a brand new character to join the cast, Bunyo. Her role is mysterious at this time, but she is a former member of the Gunyo Force. The character was created for the title by Akira Toriyama.
