Dragon Ball Game – Project Z Now Called ‘Dragon Ball Z Kakarot’; Gets a New Trailer Showing Goku/Kakarot Going Wild

Today at Microsoft’s E3 conference, a trailer was shown for Dragon Ball Game – Project Z which is now called Dragon Ball Z Kakarot. The CyberConnect2 developed and Bandai Namco published Dragon Ball ARPG is set to release sometime next year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The trailer primarily showed the Namek saga, the saga in which Kakarot, or as most know him as Goku, goes to toe-to-toe with Frieza after Frieza basically destroys just about everyone he cares about. With the name Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, it’s clear that the game will have players playing as Goku and follow his wild story full of Kamehamehas, Super Saiyan transformations, and more.

In addition to getting more story details, the trailer also has a bit of gameplay sprinkled in. We’ll keep you all updated once we get more game info.
