Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Bardock DLC Launching January 2023; Battle for Planet Vegeta Trailer

Bandai Namco has shared a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming Bardock DLC episode of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. The fateful battle for Planet Vegeta is highlighted as Bardock is by his lonesome. Frieza appears at the very end, too. Further, this content has been announced to launch on January 13, 2023, alongside the game’s native-generation versions.

• This DLC content was initially announced as part of Season 2 in September of this year.
• A native current console generation version of the game is launching for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on January 13, 2023.

The CyberConnect2 developed JRPG based on the popular Dragon Ball series follows the adventures of Goku and the other Z fighters from the Saiyan saga up to the Majin Buu saga and features an action combat system where you can fly around the battlefield, exchange close-ranged blows with your opponents and perform special Ki-based attacks.

Several RPG systems are in place as well, allowing for a natural sense of combat and character progression alongside the story arcs from the beloved source material.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
