Bandai Namco and Arc System Works have announced that the highly anticipated Rollback Beta Test for Dragon Ball FighterZ will occur on PC via Steam between November 30 and December 10, 2023.
There is currently no word on if or when this rollback beta test will greet other platforms. We’ll keep you all updated. Rollback Netcode support for Dragon Ball FighterZ was announced last year for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, so those platforms will also likely get their own beta test at some point down the road.
A brief video message from the producer, Hiroki, was shared alongside this news, thanking fans for their support and patience, apologizing for the wait, and highlighting the conclusion of the Power Tournaments at the Dragon Ball FighterZ 2023 and 2024 World Tour.
You can view the tweet announcing this news below:
Released in 2018, Dragon Ball FighterZ has made a name for itself in the fighting game community as a great fighter. Players select three characters to form a team. These fighters can be switched in and out of a fight and be used to extend combos. The roster of characters continues to increase as each iconic fighter brings their skills and abilities to the match.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The game has sold over ten million units worldwide.
