Dragalia Lost Ends Service After 4 Years

After the shutdown announcement back in July, the mobile action RPG Dragalia Lost has now officially ended its service, after a little over four years, since its initial release on September 28, 2018.

Truly, Dragalia Lost will be dearly missed by many, and it’s a shame that even it cannot escape the fate that many gacha games are someday destined to meet. But, at the very least, the story ended off with an absolute finish with its twenty-sixth chapter, not leaving itself incomplete like many of its contemporaries usually do. Further, up until the very end, there were lots of event revivals and Summon Showcases so players could enjoy this mobile game to its final days.

Dragalia Lost is a swipe-controlled action RPG developed by Cygames and published by Nintendo, launched in 2018. The game is set in the world of Alberia, where highly noble individuals have the ability to transform into dragons. However, one day, the Holy Shard, meant to protect the realm, loses power, and it’s up to the Seventh Prince to journey out to take on his Dragon Selection Trail and save his home.
