Dating-Sim ‘Doukyuusei: Classmates’ Coming West to PC

Shiravune announced that they will localize the adventure dating-sim Doukyuusei: Classmates on PC-via Johren later in 2021.

Doukyuusei was a formative game for me, and it’s still my favorite game of this kind today,” said Yasuaki Matsuda, the director and producer of Doukyuusei: Remake. “I am very honored to have been able to work on it in this way, and I hope that this version will be enjoyed by new and existing fans both in Japan and around the world.”

Doukyuusei: Classmates is a dating-sim developed by Fanza Games. The game will be available in the west in English and Chinese, with the addition of the Remake’s quality updates and improvements.

The gameplay follows the protagonist, who worked hard to gain a lot of money with the plan to use it to get a lot of girls with. Players can hit girls that they meet and improve their relationship throughout the narrative. The game is based on a title released in 1999, but the remake features updated CGs and character illustrations along with a new UI and 1080p resolution support.

There is an easy mode and classic mode for players to play through, with the default setting’s easy mode. This isn’t a walk-in-the-park adventure, though; you’ll want to spend a few hours trying to make each date go right.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the release of Doukyuusei: Classmates.
