Bandai Namco has launched their farming-adventure sim Doraemon Story of Seasons on PlayStation 4 in the west.
Doraemon Story of Seasons follows Noby, as well as a few other Doraemon characters, who take part in a light-hearted narrative set in a new original town. Players will develop the village along with their own farm while interacting with the environment and forming relationships with other townspeople.
During the game, players are able to use Doraemon’s secret gadget that will help them progress their farming career and help out more around the town. Players will be able to farm through seasons as they harvest crops and raise livestock, all while building relationships with people of this new world.
“Doraemon has always taken Noby and friends on grand adventures and we hope PlayStation 4 players will join the fun,” said Abelina Villegas, Associate Brand Manager at Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. “The game’s genuinely heart-warming moments and fun activities, from building a town to growing crops, raising horses and cattle, offer lots of relaxing and meaningful work for players to do as they build the farm of their dreams.”
The PS4 version doesn’t seem to have any additional features add to the game, but pre-order can net players bonus items for Noby’s Room as well as bags of seeds to get them an early start on growing crops.
Doraemon Story of Seasons is also available on Nintendo Switch and PC-via Steam.
