Don’t Worry, English Physical Copies of Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water Available for Import on PS4, Xbox One, and Switch

Koei Tecmo seems to be in an odd place. The company has released many games digital-only in the west this year including the Atelier Mysterious Trilogy Deluxe Trilogy and even the Ninja Gaiden Collection. However, an English version has been released as a physical product for import.

Sadly, the doesn’t make it easier for fans who prefer physical media, but it seems like the digital-only trend is continuing for the release of Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water coming on October 28, 2021.

Regardless, once again, fans are able to pre-order the English physical version of Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch from import sites such as Play-Asia now.

No matter how you enjoy the game, the release is something we’re looking forward to. This version of the game will feature a new Photo Mode where players can use any character or ghost to position a nice shot. Further, new costumes have been added, including Yuri’s ‘Punk Ensemble’, ‘Cutesy Goth Ensemble (Black)’, ‘Swimsuit (Blue)’, and the ‘Triathlon Suit’ as well as Miu’s ‘Miku Hinasaki Outfit (The Tormented)’, ‘Cutesy Goth Ensemble (White)’, ‘Swimsuit (Yellow)’, and ‘Swimsuit (Pink)’, along with Ren’s ‘Groom’s Outfit’.

Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water will launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC on October 28, 2021.
