Dolmen Secures a Release Date, and It’s Not Far Off
Massive Work Studio and Prime Matter have announced a release date for their upcoming sci-fi Soulslike, Dolmen, and it’s pretty close. First announced last June, Dolmen is currently set to release on May 20 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC through Steam.
In Dolmen, players are thrown into a dangerous alien world called Revlon Prime, where you have to collect samples of a crystal, fittingly called the Dolmen. These unique crystals let you interact with different realities, which will change the way we explore space. The only things standing in your way are the deadly creatures that already inhabit the hostile planet.
Dolmen features a variety of different ranged and melee weapons that you can use to fight off Revlon Prime’s most dangerous foes with the Energy Mode mechanic, which lets you power up your close-range weapons with elemental status effects. The planet is set to have all sorts of secrets, but to find them, you’ll have to survive against both indigenous enemies and gruesome bosses to keep your timeline from being erased.
