Digital Eclipse and Walk Disney Games have announced that they will release an updated version of the Disney Classic Games Collection for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC to release on November 9, 2021.
Further, Nighthawk Interactive will produce a physical release on PS4, Xbox One, and Switch, which includes the entire collection on a physical cartridge.
Prior to this release, the collection was called Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King. However, now the developer has added The Jungle Book and the SNES version of Aladdin into the mix. The physical release will include these new titles along with the previous ones for a full collection along with one of four random retro manuals for Aladdin [Sega Genesis], Aladdin [Super Nintendo Entertainment System], The Lion King, and The Jungle Book.
Additionally, the Disney Classic Games Collection will allow players to play through multiple versions of the games that have been created over the years including the handheld version.
