Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny Revealed in Trailer; First New Entry in Six Years

NIS America announced that Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny is real and it’s coming to Nintendo Switch in Summer 2021. Currently, other release platforms have not been announced.

Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny is the first new Disgaea mainline entry to release in six years. The story follows Zed, a zombie that has risen from the depths of the underworld and conconquered everyone except for the God of Destruction himself.

Players will witness how a zombie boy turns the Netherworld upside down as Zed steps up to the God of Destruction and his minions. The game features Super Reincarnation, 3D character models, which is new for the series, and adjustable gameplay settings to make the experience a little easier.

Furthermore, the publisher revealed a brand new trailer introducing Zed and the quest that lays before him. The trailer also features some recognizable characters that fans will remember. One of which is the beloved Prinnys that no one can get enough of. Players will also be able to create their own parties.
