Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny Receives Free Demo on Switch

NIS America announced that a free demo is available now for Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny on Nintendo Switch-via the Switch eShop.

Fans get to download the demo now with features highlighted in a new trailer. The demo features the opening moments of the game including getting to know the main protagonist Zed. Further, multiple stages will be available to get used to SRPG gameplay systems.

Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny is the first new Disgaea mainline entry to release in six years. The story follows Zed, a zombie that has risen from the depths of the underworld and conquered everyone except for the God of Destruction himself.

Players will witness how a zombie boy turns the Netherworld upside down as Zed steps up to the God of Destruction and his minions. The game features Super Reincarnation, 3D character models, which are new for the series, and adjustable gameplay settings to make the experience a little easier.

In case you missed it, free Hololive character DLC will be available when the game launches in the west along with additional character DLC.

Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny is coming to Nintendo Switch on June 29, 2021.
