Dice-Deck-Building Roguelike ‘Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles’ Announces September 2023 Release Date for PC
Akupara Games has announced that the Little Leo Games-developed dice-deck-building roguelike Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles will launch for PC on September 21, 2023, via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.
This title boasts a new type of damage system, where Purification can be used to heal yourself or damage enemies. Alternatively, Corruption can heal enemies or damage yourself. Doing the latter will grant you more powerful abilities that may help in close calls. Of course, enduring too much Corruption is bad news. Skills are attached to your health bar, enabling a dynamic health bar system.
Players will build a dice pool that fits their playstyle from over 350 dice and three types of dice encouraging varying playstyles; reliably safe, perfectly balanced, or powerfully risky. Die faces can be edited with new actions, as well. Players will also choose between six oracles that all have their own strengths and weaknesses, dice sets, and abilities.
