Devolver Digital ‘The Plucky Squire’ Delayed to 2024
Devolver Digital has announced that the All Possible Futures-developed adventure game The Plucky Squire has been delayed to 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Throughout this endearing adventure, players control Jot and his friends, storybook characters ordinarily confined to the realm of 2D. However, they soon discover the 3D world outside of the book they reside in, and the book’s villain, Humgrump, kicks them out of the book once learning he is caught in a cyclical losing spree.
Players will jump between the 2D and 3D realms, engaging in combat, minigames, and puzzles of various kinds as they aim to stop Humgrump’s antics.
