Cute Devolver Digital Roguelike ‘Cult of the Lamb’ Announced with 2022 Release Window for PC

During today’s gamescom live presentation, a new Devolver Digital published and Massive Monster developed action roguelike titled Cult of the Lamb was announced. The trailer is a brilliantly animated cinematic, depicting the cutesy yet strangely dark and grim world players will find themselves simultaneously failing and learning in.

Players control a lamb saved from execution by a mysterious stranger. As repayment for this debt, the lamb starts building a loyal following in this stranger’s name. Fighting nonbelievers, spreading the word of your cult, and building new structures with religious functionalities are the actions players can expect to undergo from this distinct title.

Cult of the Lamb can currently be wishlisted on Steam. There is currently no specific release date provided other than a 2022 window.
