Destiny 2 Details Season of the Worthy Event to be Launched Next Week

Bungie revealed more details for the Season of the Worthy update coming to Destiny 2 on March 10.

During Season of the Worthy, players will pick up from where they left off during Trials of Osiris, which has been highly regarded in the community as a stand out PvP mode. Season of the Worthy is an invitation for new and faithful players to playthrough the continuation fo the Destiny story and unfold its universe to discover new activities.

Season of the Worthy marks the return of Trials of Osiris along with introducing new exotic weapons and armor. Additionally, a new season pass will be available with various rewards. The story content within the update includes a set of missions alongside Rasputin to save the Last City. Players will also be able to access new mods and combat enhancements.

Season of the Worthy will be available to players from March 10 through June 9.

Additionally, the developer released a new trailer highlighting the additional content. Players also get a preview of the story and characters featured in the update as they find themselves on a new mission where the Sundial has been freed from the Red Legion, and an escaped Psion Flayer enacts a play for revenge against the Last City.
