Full Motion Video Game ‘Death Come True’ Gets PC Release Date
IzanagiGames announced that the full-motion video game Death Come True, from Danganronpa director Kazutaka Kodaka, will launch on PC-via Steam on July 17.
The PC version looks to be similar to the Switch and Mobile version of the game. However, given that this game is an interactive FMV experience, there might not be much you can with stronger hardware.
Death Come True is a live-action game supporting full-motion video. The game is set in a hotel where players meet Makoto Karaki, an amnesiac man who is also a wanted serial killer. However, if that wasn’t bad enough, when and if he dies, he is granted the ability to “time leap” and return to the past.
Without his memories, he can’t seem to piece together why he is being chased like a criminal and finds it difficult to trust anyone around him. Through the game, Makoto will search for clues about who he is and why these people are after him.
Each character in the game offers a unique insight into the situation and reveals more of the truth. However, during gameplay, players will have control over interacting with some aspects of gameplay and changing the events through these choices.
