Dead or Alive 6 Showcases Update in New Trailer Focusing on Rachel and Her New Costumes

Koei Tecmo released a trailer for a new update available in Dead or Alive 6, available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC-via Steam.

The update brings the game to version 1.17 and adds Ninja Gaiden’s Rachel as a playable character. She is currently a part of Season Pass 3 or can be purchased with the Rachel plus debut costume set. The update also allows players to pick up the Santa bikinis, Rachel’s comes in her debut set and are a part of Season Pass 3.

Additionally, there is a free costume for Hayate available with three different colors. This costume can be unlocked with player points in the wardrobe.

Also to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Ninja Gaiden, the developer are release Ryu Hayabusa as a free character for Core Fighters, who can now own him permanently. This is available to Xbox Live Gold and PlayStation Plus members.

The update also introduces bug fixes and balance adjustments.

Dead or Alive 6 is a hardcore fighting game featuring a beloved roster of characters from across the series. Players are able to utilize each of the character’s unique skills and fighting techniques to chain together combos and win the tournament. This entry of the series introduces a gauge that slowly fills, which allows players to either use defensively or offensively in combat.
