Dead end re;Quest Shows Story and Characters in New Cinematic Trailer

Idea Factory International launched a new trailer for their upcoming RPG Dead end re;Quest, coming to PlayStation 4 on February 19 in North America and February 22 in Europe.

The Trailer focuses on the story of Dead end re;Quest which is separated into two different modes, the more RPG focused mode where players roam World’s Odyssey as Shina and the more visual novel mode where players will play as Arata. The trailer gives players a preview of the story in the game that takes a more serious approach to storytelling. Things that Arata do in the real world open up new paths for Shina to continue her adventure, so switching between the two is a must.

Death end re;Quest tells the story of Arata Mizunashi, a video game programmer who lost his colleague, Shina Ninomiya while they were developing a new game called World’s Odyssey or W.O.D. Strangely, one day he receives an email from here and discovers that she is trapped in the digital world leaving it up to them to team up once again and help her escape.
