Visual Novel ‘Dead Days’ From Developer Clockup Coming West

During Anime Expo 2023, MangaGamer announced they will publish the ClockUp-developed visual novel Dead Days on PC.

The publisher confirmed that the game will release with uncensored CGs.

Dead Days is from the scenario writer of Maggot Baits. The game stars four strangers who died, but they’ve been resurrected and forced to hunt down specters just to keep their new bodies charged with the energy now fueling their second chance at life. Any joy they may have had at living again is soon stifled by the dispassionate employer that treats them as disposable combatants with no concern for the unnatural libido and arousal caused by their new bodies’ reaction to stressors.

Now, they must learn to cope with murder to survive while enduring the flames of lust. Their hope is to return to normal life, but that’s not completely easy.

Dead Days is a very mature visual novel if you know the other titles from this team. The game was originally released in 2019 in Japan by director Akutsu Ryou and scenario writers Kurashiki Tatsuya and Ozawa Hiroki.

We’ll keep you updated on future announcements by this publisher and developer.
