Dead Cells Creator Reveals New 2D Action Title ‘Nuclear Blaze’ For PC; Releasing Later This Month

Publisher and developer Deepnight Games have revealed a new upcoming title from the creator of the beloved roguelike Dead Cells. This new game, Nuclear Blaze, is a 2D action sidescroller where players control a trained firefighter as they traverse a military facility engulfed by flames. Besides clearing out fires, players will encounter a myriad of secrets expanding the story and cats in need of saving.

Multiple levels will also be available, and all are contained with this vast military complex housing danger lurking around every corner. And in addition to the gameplay secrets hidden throughout the stages, hidden stories will also be findable for players to uncover more about the intricacies of whatever narrative is taking place here.

The lead game designer and developer of Dead Cells, Sébastien Benard, is the mind behind this game’s smooth control style. Additionally, the title contains a “Kid mode” for children at least 3 years old. Still, this title can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of age.
