Dave the Diver In the Jungle DLC Launches June 18; Physical Complete Edition Announced

Developer Mintrocket has announced that the Dave the Diver DLC, In the Jungle, will launch worldwide on June 18, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.

Players will travel to Utara, a jungle village where time passes in real time and daily life revolves around exploration, relationships, and resource gathering. Dave can dive into a nearby freshwater lake to collect materials, find new aquatic creatures, and help villagers through tasks and side quests.

Building trust with residents unlocks additional opportunities in the village and strengthens connections that ultimately affect Bancho’s restaurant operations.

One of the major additions is Bancho Grill, a new restaurant located in Utara. Unlike Bancho Sushi from the base game, this location allows Dave to move freely throughout the space while serving customers rather than working along a single horizontal counter. Villagers who become friends with Dave will also visit the restaurant as customers.

Exploration in the jungle introduces a large freshwater lake filled with new wildlife and threats. To deal with these environments, Dave gains access to a new weapon called the Jungle Gun, which can transform between multiple firing modes, including net guns, shotguns, sniper rifles, and standard firearms.

The expansion is expected to add around ten hours of content, including new characters, creatures, and minigames.

Mintrocket also confirmed new physical editions of Dave the Diver for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 through Silver Lining Direct. The Complete Edition includes the base game along with all DLC, including In the Jungle. A Collector’s Edition will also be available with several extras, such as a Bancho Sushi acrylic standee, metal pin badges, an acrylic keyring, a dolphin pendant necklace, Marinca cards, a poster, and postcards.

Pre-orders for both physical editions are available now through Silver Lining Direct and select retailers.

Dave the Diver is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC and Xbox Cloud, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, and PC.
