Danganronpa Decadence Announced for Nintendo Switch; Releasing Later this Year

In today’s Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced that the Danganronpa series is coming to Nintendo Switch. The three mainline games, Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Goodbye Despair, and Killing Harmony, as well as a stand-alone board game that expands from the “Talent Development Plan” mode from Danganronpa V3, named Danganronpa Decadence are all planned to release later this year.

The board game will feature new CGs, and new events with all the students of Hope’s Peak Academy.

The games appear to be the mobile Anniversary Edition enhanced ports that were released earlier this year, with improved UI controls for handheld devices.

A Collector’s Edition was also announced, featuring a remixed OST CD, 3 high-quality prints, a huge 18×24 inch poster featuring Shuichi, Kyoko and Nagito and a steelbook. Pre-orders will begin soon.
