Danganronpa Trilogy Brings Despair to PlayStation 4 in March 2019

NIS America announced that the complete Danganronpa Trilogy will be making its way onto one physical PlayStation 4 disc on March 26 in North America and March 29 in Europe.

Monokuma returns in this collection of the three titles that have brought despair to all who have played. The Danganronpa Trilogy combines Dangaronpa 1•2 Reload and Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony for players to experience each title in one package.

Looking at whatDangaronpa 1•2 Reload presented when it first released on the PS4, this is just a direct port of the titles and nothing has been done to them outside up of upscaling for a higher resolution. Additionally, it doesn’t seem like there will be anything added to the games.

Danganronpa Trilogy tells the story of a death game hosted by an evil mechanical bear name Monokuma who kidnaps a group of students who are dubbed “Ultimates” in a certain subject and asks them to get away with murder, literally. If a character gets away with murder, they can leave. After a murder takes place, which it always does, players will need to gather clues and investigate to figure out who the killer is, when they do, that character dies.

Dangaonronpa is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PC.

Author’s take: If you haven’t played these games, I think its about time you do.
