Damascus Gear: Operation Tokyo / Osaka Gets Physical Vita Release in 2019

During Limited Run Games’ E3 Showcase, the publisher announced they will be launching a physical run of the Arc System Works developed Action mech RPG’s Damascus Gear: Operation Tokyo and Damascus Gear: Operation Osaka on PlayStation Vita in 2019.

Damascus Gear Operation Tokyo launched on August 8, 2017, and allows players to hack and slash their way through various maps. Players will be able to play through the story set in World War IV where humans fight against humanoid systems know as Gears that went berserk and begin killing humans. The release will include on previously released DLC on the Vita handheld as well as the Hero Creation Mode which unlocks after the main story.

Damascus Gear: Operation Osaka launched on March 6, 2018, and has players fight back against the Gears that turned on humans during World War IV, but now they are known as Rage. Humanity has been pushed to the brink of extinction, but a group of survivors has organized a counterattack that could change the course of the war. This version of the game will include all DLC, as well as the Hero Creation Mode, unlocked at the end of the story.

Both games feature tactical RPG systems with mechs and strategic battles they are also available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Switch, and Steam digitally.
