Cyberpunk 2077 Gets New Trailer Focused on the Characters and Story

CD Projekt Red released a new trailer for their open-world RPG Cyberpunk 2077, coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 19, with a planned PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X release.

The trailer focuses on the environments that players will be able to explore in the game’s open world and the people they’ll be able to interact with. Viewers get a glimpse of futuristic setting and citizens of Night City, and the beginning of the mercenary career of V, the protagonist.

The game has been delayed a few times as the developers take their time in perfecting the game for players. Furthermore, the delays of COVID-19 didn’t help with progress. At this time, the game is finished and they are fine-tuning systems and features.

Cyberpunk 2077 is set in the future and is played in the first person where players can explore the world and take on missions, seemingly creating their own story in this new world. The game will feature multiple upgradable skills and abilities as well as the possibility of upgrading individual character classes. This is a huge game for the developer as a followup to the wildly popular 1988 tabletop game Cyberpunk 2020.
