Visual Novel ‘Cyanotype Daydream: The Girl Who Dreamed the World’ to Release in the West Later This Month

Visual Novel developer Laplacian has posted the Steam page showing a December release for their newest visual novel, Cyanotype Daydream: The Girl Who Dreamed the World.

Cyanotype Daydream: The Girl Who Dreamed the World tells the story of a girl who dreamt of the world and follows a pure love between characters. The narrative is emotional and romantic as it tells the story of three pairs of men and women, each with their own story that you can begin the game with.

We find Kaito, who wakes up in a strange room with no memories. The room is filled with two beds, white walls, and a taciturn girl named Yonagi. After learning his role in the room, he immerses himself into three dream worlds with Yonagi, but these all have a bitter end but simultaneously allow him to regain his memories.

This western release will only feature the all-ages content. There will not be an off-site patch available for the game. Still, this version will have updated HD graphics, new script additions, new CGs, and two bonus episodes per route, providing a total of 8 bonus episodes throughout the game. The PC release will support Japanese, English, and Chinese text options.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated with the official release date.
