Cuphead Shares Behind-the-Scenes Video of Yoshitaka Amano Illustrating Japan Physical Edition

Developer Studio MDHR has published a new video showcasing the behind-the-scenes process of Cuphead’s physical release in Japan.

The renowned classic Final Fantasy artist, Yoshitaka Amano, drew the illustration gracing this launch. Although technically speaking, this artwork is on music CDs included with first-print copies of the game.

Cuphead allows players to take control of either Cuphead or Mugman as they enter Devil’s Casino, where they lose a bet with the Devil. In order for them not to lose their souls, the duo must collect the debts for the Devil in the form of collecting souls for him. However, that’s easier said than done, considering the towering bosses are indebted to the Devil.

Cuphead The Delicious Last Course is now available for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam and GOG.
