Action RPG ‘CrossCode’ Finally Gets PS4, Xbox One, and Switch Release Date

Dangen Entertainment and Deck 13 announced that the Radical Fish-developed action RPG CrossCode will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on July 9.

Revealed in a new gameplay trailer, players can get a preview of the game running on console hardware. The console version will feature over 120 different enemy types and over 30 boss encounters. Players can also master 90 different skills with additional passive skills. This version of the game will include various modes as well, which offer over 100 quests with new tasks and challenges.

CrossCode features 16-bit graphics and tells the story of a character named Lea as she travels through dungeons and fights hordes of enemies. The game boasts a vast world with seven areas, which host many different enemies and bosses who stand in your way. The game’s dungeons each have secrets and rewards for those that explore. Additionally, the action combat system features over 90 skills that players will learn over the game’s 100 quest story.

It’s not confirmed if the console version of CrossCode will include all of the latest patches, but we assume the developer won’t leave them out of this release. However, we’ll keep you updated on the development of this version and its release.

CrossCode is currently available on PC-via Steam.
