Crimson Desert Gameplay Revealed and It’s a Pretty Looking Game

Pearly Abyss released the debut gameplay from their newest action MMORPG Crimson Desert, in development for PC for a Winter 2021 release

The trailer gives us glimpses of characters and environments as the campaign seems to be a significant focus in this new game. Viewers also see the passage of time and some fantasy elements, but thankfully, we also see the action and combat, which is very bloody. The game also features elements such as fire torching the ground, wind, snow, which each affect the battlefield. Alternatively, light puzzles were shown along with adventure elements that give the game a true adventure feeling.

The developer seems to be taking things a step further with destructible structures, dragons, and other monsters. This game is definitely looking grand, albeit in need of some refinement.

Crimson Desert is an upcoming MMORPG and is developed by the same company behind Black Desert. The game takes place in a high fantasy world that suffers from war across the region by a divided continent. Adventuring out into the unknown will mean you’ll have to fight for survival against powerful monsters, so only heroes really venture out past the walls. Players can gather into groups by hiring mercenaries that will make fights easier.
