Corruption Releases Later This Month From the Creators of Mutant Year Zero

The Bearded Ladies, creators of Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden, are preparing for the release of their turn-based strategy Corruption, coming to PC-via the Epic Games Store on February 17.

The studio made a nice name for themselves in the Tactical RPG community with the release of Mutant Year Zero. The studio brought their unique design choices and gameplay to make the title feel unique within the genre. now, it seems Corruption will use similar mechanics. This time, however, the game is set in a dystopian America in the not-so-distant future.

Players will take control of a super squad of heavily augmented soldiers, trying to search and find the cause of the corruption. Gameplay will have players using the tactical abilities of their units and command a squad of augmented soldiers into enemy territory.

Although not much is known, the developer will attempt to push the hardcore tactical approach in their newest title, with stealth elements and plenty of action. Fans of the genre should expect a challenge across game modes.

Not much is known regarding platforms, but it seems to be a PC exclusive.
