Devsisters has officially launched its deck-building auto-battler RPG CookieRun: Crumble for iOS, Android, and PC via Google Play Games.
The latest entry in the CookieRun series debuted after surpassing 2 million pre-registrations. Its release also coincides with a new update for CookieRun: Kingdom, though details weren’t shared.
Set in the Dessert World, CookieRun: Crumble follows the Crumble Mercenary Guild, a group that takes on jobs across the kingdom while investigating the Implant Order, an organization searching for Crystals to further its own ambitions. Players begin with Dark Cherry Cookie, Grapevine Cookie, and Berry Yogurt Cookie, eventually assembling teams of up to 12 Cookies.
Players combine Cookies with different roles and abilities while equipping Pets that provide combat effects and permanent stat bonuses. The game also features alternate versions of familiar CookieRun characters, including Oven Wanderer Cookie, Brightseeker Cookie, and Readyberry Cookie.
At launch, CookieRun: Crumble includes several gameplay modes. Crumble Dungeon pits an entire Cookie roster against a boss while tracking players’ total damage for leaderboard rankings.
Daily Dungeons provide materials used to strengthen Cookies, Plaque Tower offers challenge stages with unique mechanics that encourage different team compositions, and Arena lets players compete against one another for rankings and rewards.
