Mystery Narrative Adventure ‘Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View’ Gets New Trailer With Fall Release
Sold Out showed gameplay from the White Paper Games-developed Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Steam this fall.
Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View is set in 1950s England where an 8-year-old girl named Charlotte May has been reported missing from Dahlia View. A retired detective, Robert Conway, lives in this area and searches for answers related to her disappearance. However, he’s bound to a wheelchair and using his keen eye to peer at his neighbors from his window. This leads him to discover all sorts of things about the people in his neighborhood, but he also follows threads to the truth.
The gameplay features an emotional story where players will lead the investigation as Robert Conway. Players will need to observe from a window and follow any shady activity to gain leads.
“At White Paper Games, we’re excited to bring you our third game as a team,” said Pete Bottomley, Co-Founder of White Paper Games. “We’ve put a lot of energy into creating a blend between the puzzle and storytelling elements from Ether One with the evidence-collecting and character-driven dialogue interactions of The Occupation to bring you our latest IP, Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View.”
“We’re delighted to be back working with White Paper Games on this ambitious new title,” added Konstantinos Ntaflos, Senior Product Manager at Sold Out. “The studio is keen to deliver an experience with evocative, emotional storytelling and deep investigative gameplay, and we hope Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View will keep players gripped when the game launches later this year.”
