Dungeon-Crawling RPG ‘Conception Plus: Maidens of the Twelve Stars’ Shows the Birth of Star Children in New Trailer

Spike Chunsoft released a new trailer for their dungeon-crawling RPG Conception Plus: Maidens of the Twelve Stars, coming to PlayStation 4 and PC-via Steam on November 5. The game will also receive a limited edition from NISA, which includes a beach towel.

The trailer gives an overview of the game’s systems while focusing on the most important of them all, the birth of Star Children. During gameplay, players will interact with the characters and build their bonds with the female cast members. As their relationship grows, they’ll be able to produce stronger Star Children. These Star Children can be taken into dungeons and used to fight against the ever-growing threat to save this strange new world.

Conception Plus: Maidens of the Twelve Stars follows the story of God’s gift, players will be able to hang out with a total of 12 girls as they fight to produce Star Children that they can then bring into battle with them. However, this means that they will need to interact and get closer to the girls in a more intimate way.

Conception Plus: Maidens of the Twelve Stars in the west will feature dual audio with an English and Japanese. The game is a follow up to Conception that released on PlayStation Vita in the west.

With that said, the western release of the game will be slightly altered during intimate scenes. Evidently, the Star Maidens’ 3D models will appear as blue and purple, rather than the flesh-colored models in the Japanese release. Additionally, the facial features for the character will not be detailed during these scenes. The animation itself will be identical otherwise. This is also the only content that has been changed.
