Recently, publisher Spike Chunsoft announced that Conception PLUS will be headed west to PlayStation 4 and PC-via Steam on November 5.
The game focuses on building relationships with other classmates by participating in a “Classmating” ritual. By doing so, players will create Star Children whom players can customize and bring into battles.
With that said, the western release of the game will be slightly altered during these scenes. Evidently, the Star Maidens’ 3D models will appear as blue and purple, rather than the flesh-colored models in the Japanese release. Additionally, the facial features for the character will not be detailed during these scenes. The animation itself will be identical otherwise. This is also the only content that has been changed.
Conception Plus: Maidens of the Twelve Stars follows the story of God’s gift, players will be able to hang out with a total of 12 girls as they fight to produce Star Children that they can then bring into battle with them. However, this means that they will need to interact and get closer to the girls in a more intimate way.
There will be a special Day 1 Edition of the game which includes a mini-calendar with all of the Star Maidens.
