Sci-Fi Visual Novel ‘Compass of Dei Gratia -On the Fifth Day-‘ Announced for the West With Possible Switch Port

Lemnisca announced they will publish the Catalyst and Regista developed doujin science-fiction visual novel Compass of Dei Gratia -On the Fifth Day- in the west for PC.

Compass of Dei Gratia -On the Fifth Day- was originally released at Comiket 88 in 2015 and pays homage to sci-fi visual novels such as Ever17 -the out of infinity-. The story follows a group of people who get trapped in a submarine 700 meters under the sea near the bottom of the seafloor. While the group does everything they can try and escape, they uncover many mysteries and other happenings around them.

Additionally, the publisher has announced that they will launch a Kickstarter in a few months to get some assistance from fans to localize the game. The team is also planning to have additional stretch goals for the title the includes additional CG and potentially publishing the Nintendo Switch port.

This will be the first title that the team has published on their own as well as their first Kickstarter, so they anticipate some speedbumps along the way, which is probably why they are waiting a few months before launching the campaign.

Currently, Compass of Dei Gratia -On the Fifth Day- is planned for a Steam release in the west, with more information coming soon.
