Collection of SaGa Final Fantasy Legend Now Available on PC via Steam

Square Enix announced that their retro-RPG Collection of SaGa Final Fantasy Legend is available now on PC via Steam. It is also available on Nintendo Switch and mobile via iOS and Android devices.

This collection of games contains three titles, The Final Fantasy Legend, Final Fantasy Legend II, and Final Fantasy Legend III. Each game was created by Akitoshi Kawazu and initially released on Game Boy beginning in 1989. The SaGa series used the Final Fantasy Legend title in hopes of being more popular in the west.

This new version of the game is similar to the Switch release with the added screen customization options. Further, players can adjust the speed of the game to get through battles and world exploration quicker.

Additionally, players will find a special anniversary song, 8 different in-game wallpapers, and the option to play using Japanese or English text. Given that the game was released on the original Game Boy, players can also detach the Joy-Con and hold the screen vertically to utilize the touch screen buttons to replicate the retro handheld.
